Boutique hotel located in the heart of La Condesa, where art, culture and hospitality intertwine to provide a unique and authentic experience.
Every detail, from the design of our rooms to the artwork that adorns every corner, reflects the richness of Mexican artisan tradition.
It all started with a dream...
In February 2024, we began the transformation that gave life to what is now La Casa del Mural. It wasn't a simple project, as we wanted each space to be special, full of art, and with a purpose.

A PLACE WHERE EVERYONE CAN FEEL AT HOME
A space tells a story through its details
We collaborated with local artisans and workshops that shared our passion for handcrafted work. Many of the pieces were made using traditional woods, textiles and techniques that reflect the quality of Mexican design.
Furniture created by master carpenter Rodolfo Ramírez, who has dedicated 52 years to carpentry.
We believe that hospitality is also an opportunity to give visibility to local talent: artists, artisans and creators who make Mexico such a special place.
We wanted our guests to find subtle nods to our culture throughout their stay, incorporating items such as Talavera pottery from Puebla and Tlaxcala, or textiles from Santa María del Río. Each plate, cup, or bed runner represents a traditional craft passed down through generations.
Talavera pieces acquired directly from a traditional workshop in Tlaxcala. Each piece is hand-painted.
We believe that each handmade piece has a story, an artisan behind it, and a value that goes far beyond its function. At La Casa del Mural you are sorrounded by the creativity and legacy of the people who keep our country's traditions alive.
